Cancellation Policy:

At Urban Dental our team wants to be available for the needs of all our patients. Because of this we politely ask that you provide 24hr notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients.

 

Clinicians reserve the right to charge a ‘Failed to Attend’ fee of $100 if you fail to attend two consecutive appointments without notice. Repeated failures to attend may result in restrictions to appointment booking in addition to fees.
